Features
It is equipped with mortise lock bolts, which prevent it from being toggled and pried. When lifting the handle up, the deadbolt will quickly extend. And when pressing the handle down indoors, the deadbolt and latch bolt will quickly switch on.
The square deadbolt and and latch bolt which are made from 304 stainless steel can prevent tampering by sawing and force. Besides it has a fastigiate deadbolt inspection switch, which will automatically alert the user when the door is unlocked.
It is equipped with high performance electronic brush motor, whose design lifetime is more than 300,000 times.
The lock body consists of 3mm faceplate and 2mm lock case, so it is sturdy and durable.

Durability test machine
Durability test machine will test the life time of lock body and circuit board, which need to perform at least up to 100,000 times.
Aging test laboratory
120 hours of salt spray test will be conducted to the products after electroplating, which need to ensure there are no bubble or serious oxidation black spot on the surface.
2D video measuring system
By reflection and projection, the 2D video measuring system can check if the components of smart lock meet the demands on surface and shape.
Constant temperatur test machine
The constant temperature test machine is used to test that if the parameters and properties of electronic components can meet the requirement after environmental changes of different temperatures and humidity.
Tensile test machine
This machine is used to test the tensile properties of product by tensile test.
Packing and despatching
Modes of packing: our smart locks are all properly packaged in nylon bags, and then foamed plastics were used for buffer and fixation, the outmost is carton box. In this way, we can ensure that all components will be delivered to customers intact.
